Our sold-out Caymus Wine Dinner was an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and community! Guests were welcomed with a refreshing passion fruit white sangria alongside charcuterie and cocktail shrimp to kick off the night in style.
From there, we explored two wines per course, highlighting the range and beauty of Caymus and Wagner Family wines. The culinary lineup was just as bold — Wagyu brisket, prime rib, lamb, and a delectable dessert finale that left everyone smiling.
